§ 1 Clan Leader

 

1. Co-leaders or other tasks in the clan are appointed and managed by the clan leader.

2. Members have a limited say.

3. Clan-internal data such as passwords or the like are the property of the clan and are therefore to be treated confidentially. They may under no circumstances be passed on to third parties!

§ 2 Membership

The minimum age for admission to the [IRC] is 18 years (minor exceptions are possible).

Registrations must be made via our homepage.

With the registration on our homepage our clan rules are automatically accepted.

Admission as a trial member is made after a corresponding application.

Trial members have a probationary period of at least 2 member assemblies (exceptions confirm the rule).

The leader of the clan has the last word in deciding to record.

Who wants to join the [IRC] may not belong to any other clan.

§ 3 Clan-Tag

 

1. The [IRC] Clan Tag will not be offended, spammed or anything like that.

2. On other servers you have to behave as it is allowed on these servers.

3. However, if there are no rules, our clan rules apply.

§ 4 Activity

 

1. Members are responsible for keeping themselves up to date.

2. A daily visit to the homepage is desirable.

3. Participation in contributions on the homepage is desirable.

4. Regular participation in the monthly membership meetings is mandatory. An exclusion occurs after two non-participation without reasoned cancellation.

§ 5 Handling

 

1. In the [IRC] is basically played for fun!

2. The friendly handling within the [IRC] and towards other clans is to be kept absolutely.

3. Discrimination, insults or the like against members or guests will not be tolerated.

4. Mutual tolerance is required.

5. Statements about internal circumstances such as strategies, plans or infrastructure towards third parties are prohibited.

§ 6 Membership fees

 

1. The costs are covered by voluntary donations.

2. The contributions are used to cover the costs of the clan (root server, game server, teamspeak3, clan meetings, etc.).

3. Surpluses are canceled and used for any new purchases or clan meetings and not paid.

4. A repayment in case of self-termination or in the case of a gross violation, which has the consequence of a clan exclusion is not!

5. Contributions for under 18 year olds are excluded! This requires the current legal situation.

§ 7 Rule violations

 

1. Cheating, glitching, bug-smoking or similar is strictly prohibited in the [IRC]!

2. Players who notice violations of §7.1 will be excluded from the clan without warning.

3. The corresponding player is reported to corresponding anti-cheat databases.

§ 8 Gaming-Server

 

1. On our game servers is not insulted, spammed or the like!

2. Guests on our game servers have the right to play with us as long as they do not violate the rules.

3. Further rules can be queried on the servers by command.

§ 9 Teamspeak3-Server

 

1. Our TeamSpeak3 server is open to the public.

2. Kicking members or guests is prohibited provided they comply with the TS Rules.

3. Playing music is prohibited.

4. The inclusion in Teamspeak3 is prohibited. However, membership meetings can be recorded.

5. The lobby is for Joining and is not part of the lounge.

6. The premises are to be used as they are called.

7. Who plays on the PC has the duty to be online in Teamspeak (even if we do not play the game).

§ 10 Changes and transitional arrangements

Changes to the clan, game server or teamspeak3 rules are possible at any time.

A change in the clan rules is made by the clan leadership.

Changes will be announced on the homepage.
